01What's the difference between you and a Big-4 consultancy?

We're senior operators — not analysts on rotation. We embed inside your business, write SOPs your team will actually use, and stay accountable to the work shipping. No 200-slide deck, no army of juniors, no reading the same playbook back to you.

02Can you do a one-off sprint, or is this only ongoing?

Both. Most engagements start with a 2–4 week strategy sprint with a fixed scope and price. From there, ~70% of clients continue with monthly fractional support — but it's always optional.

03Do you work with pre-revenue startups?

Yes, when there's a real founder with conviction and at least some signal of demand. We can help shape ICP, pricing, GTM and the first 10 hires. We're less useful for pre-product idea exploration — that's a different kind of partner.

04Will the work be tailored to our industry?

Yes. We've worked across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, retail, logistics, education, real estate and professional services. The frameworks transfer; the inputs are always specific to your category, customers and unit economics.

05Do you also help with execution, or just strategy?
